The West Virginia Purchasing Division would like to thank all state agency purchasers who attended the 2023 Agency Purchasing Conference. This conference was offered at the Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, WV, from Oct. 17-20, 2023.  More than 200 agency participants, staff, guests, and presenters attended.
