REQUIRED POSTERS FOR STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

Various statutes require businesses to post in the workplace employee notices. The following charts denote the human resource-related posters required for STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. Based on agency mission, other function-specific posters may also be required.

Private sector employers may also have additional poster requirements and should verify such requirements with the appropriate governmental agencies.

Required posters are available free of charge from the appropriate governmental entity. Many can be downloaded via the internet.
