The goal of the Employee Relations Section is to ensure consistency in human resource administration throughout State government. The primary responsibilities of the Employee Relations Section include:
The Employee Relations Section may also provide specialized training regarding personnel issues for State and county governments on a variety of topics including: wage and hour administration; discipline; grievance resolution and preparation for a grievance hearing; personnel policy administration; and workplace security.
