WV State Examination:

Upon approval by the Board -
Applicants may sit for the WV State Examination; administered once a month within the licensing board office located at 3655 Winfield Road, Winfield, WV 25213.
There is no fee charged for the first time taking the examination; $50 is charged for each additional testing. Applicants may sit for the examination up to four (4) times within one year.
