MISSION STATEMENT
The primary purpose of the Board grounded on law (federal and state) is to protect the public
good by developing and enforcing regulations to govern the practice of nursing home administration
in West Virginia.

ALERT: There is a new process for submitting license fees/permit fees and renewals.
Your fees will be mailed separate from any forms to a different address. No personal checks.
Make sure that your name is on the memo of the check and is legible. Please read the information that is attached to the renewal form.
