If you are unable to download solicitation documents from the West Virginia Purchasing Bulletin, the Purchasing Division will provide, free of charge, hard copies of solicitations going through the centralized procurement process.  The documents you request will be sent through the U.S. Postal Service via First Class Mail.  The solicitation in hard copy form will mirror the electronic copy advertised through the Vendor Self-Service portal at wvOASIS.gov.

EXPLANATION OF THE TERMS USED ON THIS PAGE

SOLICITATION NUMBER
Each Solicitation (RFQ) is given a number.  The solicitation number may be found next to each active project listed in the West Virginia Purchasing Bulletin within Vendor Self-Service, or in the top, left-hand corner of the solicitation's detail page, also in the West Virginia Purchasing Bulletin.  For example, it may look like:  CRFQ DEP1600000001 or CRFQ RMA1500000008 or CEOI DNR1600000001. BUYER
Please select the correct Purchasing Division buyer from the drop down menu.  The name of the buyer for the solicitation appears in the West Virginia Purchasing Bulletin within Vendor Self-Service. [Back to Top]

COMPANY
Please enter the name of your company or the letters NA. [Back to Top]

STATE
Please enter your two-digit state abbreviation.  A list of the abbreviations is available on the United States Postal Service website.  Vendors outside the United States of America should refer to the section below entitled ALTERNATE WAYS TO REQUEST A SOLICITATION.  [Back to Top]

wvOASIS VENDOR/CUSTOMER NUMBER
"wvOASIS" is the name of our automated purchasing system.  When you register as a vendor with the West Virginia Purchasing Division or through the Vendor Self-Service portal of wvOASIS, a system-generated vendor/customer number is created for you.  The 12-digit number is used to uniquely identify your company on any responses to solicitations or on potential award documents.  You do not need a vendor/customer number or to be a registered vendor with the Purchasing Division to request an copy of a solicitation; instead, please enter the letters NA.  [Back to Top]

TAX ID
Please enter the federal employer identification number (FEIN) you used when you registered as a vendor with the Purchasing Division.  If the number is unknown or unavailable, enter the letters NA. [Back to Top]


ALTERNATE WAYS TO REQUEST A SOLICITATION

Bid packages containing complete specifications may also be obtained by:

  3. Faxing your request to 304-558-3970.
  4. Mailing your request to the:  West Virginia Purchasing Division, 2019 Washington Street, East, Charleston, WV  25305-0130.

Please provide the following information for each requested bid package:  solicitation number, Purchasing Division buyer's name, your complete business name and mailing address, Federal Employers Identification Number (FEIN), and the name & telephone number of a contact person we may call for clarification.
