Meetings are primarily limited to Chapter members but are occasionally open for non-members or by invitation of a Chapter member. Each meeting agenda or invitation will provide such information upon notification. The Chapter endeavors to provide relevant training focused on public procurement as well as overall leadership development. Some classes are approved/accredited by the WV Board of Accountancy for CPE credit. Questions may be directed to any of the listed officers, or by calling the Chapter President at 304-341-0723.

The current regular meeting schedules for the West Virginia Chapter of NIGP are as follows:

Thursday, March 8: Meeting will be held at the WV DEP Office in Kanawha City (601 57th Street SE), Charleston from 11am to 1:30pm. Speakers will include a Chapter Ambassador and/or National Office representative.

Thursday, May 10: Meeting will be held at the WV MPOB Office at 301 Eagle Mountain Road, Suite 251, Charleston from 11am to 1:30pm. Details/Speaker info not yet finalized.

Thursday, July 13: Meeting will be held at the WV Public Service Commission at 201 Brooks Street, Charleston from 11am to 1:30pm. Details/Speaker info not yet finalized.

Other special meetings and training will be added based on need and Members’ requests.
