To provide transparency in the state procurement process, the West Virginia Purchasing Division is posting below all inspection reports that have been finalized as of June 25, 2025.

In accordance with West Virginia Code of State Rules 148CSR1 et alta, the Purchasing Division inspectors review and audit spending unit requests, purchases, and other transactions and performance that fall under the authority of the Purchasing Division.  Additionally, inspectors provide relevant training for agency personnel on processes and procedures.  The primary focus on the inspections is on purchases under the agency-delegated purchasing authority.
