Barbara Hayes has been with the WV Supreme Court of Appeals Law Library since 1998.  She is responsible for maintaining library periodicals and preparing materials for binding.  She oversees the library’s participation in the exchange of law books with other libraries and processes interlibrary loan requests.  Barbara also assists in providing ready reference support and answering the telephone.

Barbara is currently working toward an Associate in Library Science degree from Marshall Community and Technical College . 

Barbara was previously employed as a general office worker.  She was also assistant manager of a local Charleston , WV commercial business.
