MEDIATION FEES
    

I.    The hourly mediation costs shall be deemed the reasonable rate for mediation based upon the combined gross income of the parties as follows:

II.    All mediation services shall be ordered in accordance with the statute, that is, at an hourly cost that is reasonable in light of the financial circumstances of each parent, assessed on this uniform sliding scale.

III.    Individuals that file an Affidavit of Indigency shall not be responsible for any mediation cost nor shall their income be included in the combined income determination as outlined below.

IV.    Mediation costs to be paid by individuals shall be determined based upon the combined gross income of the parties.

V.    The combined gross income of the parties shall be determined by the Family Court Judge based upon financial disclosure filed by the parties, and may be later redetermined, and shall be used to determine the hourly mediation cost to the parties.
