Hon. Jay M. Hoke Circuit Judge Jay Hoke of Boone and Lincoln counties was first elected circuit judge in 1992. Before becoming a circuit judge, he worked as an attorney for the West Virginia Public Service Commission and was Lincoln County's Prosecuting Attorney from 1988-92. He holds a law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law, a master's degree from Marshall University, and a bachelor of arts degree from Concord College. |
