Carol Terry

Carol Terry is the Regional Law Librarian for Fayette, Greenbrier, McDowell, Mercer, Monroe, Nicholas and Wyoming counties. Each county courthouse houses a small library collection of West Virginia law, while a regional library, located in the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, houses a more extensive collection of legal research resources.

The regional law libraries are located in: Wheeling (1st Circuit) , Parkersburg (4th Circuit), Huntington (6th Circuit), Beckley (10th Circuit), Clarksburg (15th Circuit) and Martinsburg (23rd Circuit).
