The Wyoming County Courthouse was constructed in 1916 in the Neo-Classical Revival style that was popular at the time. It is a temple-form structure constructed of native-cut rock-faced ashlar. Smooth
native-cut stone was used to accent the windows and doors. The courthouse has symmetrical wings on each side of the main portion of the building. A special feature of the courthouse is the Imperial Roman style
portico with triangular pediment that is supported by four modified Roman Doric columns.
