- The petitioners, Shirley Crock and Grace Washington, appeal from an order entered in the Circuit Court of Harrison County affirming a Level IV grievance decision holding that the respondent, Harrison County Board of Education, did not act improperly in terminating the petitioners' employment contracts and reissuing the contracts with reduced benefits, i.e., without any provision for "experience credit" for salary purposes. The petitioners contend that, in terminating and reissuing the contracts, the Board committed a number of statutory violations.

Plant, LLC - 010815 - Affiliated Construction Trades Foundation (ACT), a union organization, asks this Court to suspend the order of the Public Service Commission of West Virginia (PSC) dated April 10, 2001 dismissing ACT's complaint filed with the PSC claiming that the PSC should not have granted a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity authorizing the construction of the Big Sandy Peaker Plant, LLC, a wholesale electric generation facility. ACT requests that this Court require the PSC to investigate and proceed to hearing on their formal complaint. -
