    After this Court's remand for an order of termination, [See: In the Matter of: Taylor B., 201 W.Va. 60, 491 S.E.2d 607 (1997)], the mother filed a motion to present additional evidence on the issue of termination. The lower court conducted an evidentiary hearing and found that the mother failed to show sufficient evidence which would justify reversing this Court's order directing termination. The mother appeals.

    After this Court's remand for entry of a termination order, [See: In Re: Harley C., 509 S.E.2d 875 (W.Va. 1998)], Harley C.'s biological father filed a motion for post- termination visitation. The court conducted a hearing and denied the motion. The father appeals.
