1. Sharan Dababnah v. Mousa I. Dababnah -  26902 - Petitioner husband appeals from the circuit court's order entered May 28, 1999, denying portions of his Motion for Reconsideration filed in this post-divorce proceeding regarding issues of child support, equitable distribution, attorney fees, disqualification of opposing counsel and disqualification of the circuit court judge. 

2. Linda McCartney, etc. v. Gretchen Lester, et al.  - 27256 - Petitioners appeal from circuit court's decision ruling that the cemetery on petitioner's land had become dedicated to the public and ordering the appointment of trustees to govern the same.

3. Patsy L. Rose v. Thomas Memorial Hospital Foundation, Inc.  - 26603 - Plaintiff appeals from the circuit court's order dismissing with prejudice the amended complaint filed against Herbert J. Thomas Memorial Hospital Association.

4. Paul Fowler v. Rachael Douglas  - 27262 - Petitioner appeals an order entered by the lower court dismissing his complaint arising from an auto accident. - Dismissed May 1, 2000

5. Wilma E. Vargo v. Sandra L. Pine, et al.  - 26111 - The petitioner, Wilma F. Vargo, appeals from a jury verdict returned in the Circuit Court of Brooke County in a wrongful death action. The petitioner, inter alia, contends that the verdict was inadequate. 

6. Ira Timothy Stone v. St. Joseph’s Hospital of Parkersburg, et al.  - 26962 - Defendants appeal from a jury verdict in this action brought under the West Virginia Human Right's Act wherein the jury awarded plaintiff $2,125.44 on his disability claim and the circuit court awarded plaintiff's attorney's fees and costs in the amount of $35,886.13.  Defendants ask this Court to either find as a matter of law that the evidence was insufficient to support the jury verdict and enter judgment in favor of defendants or, in the alternative, reverse and remand for a new trial.
