2.  Harold Pannell, et al. v. Columbia Sussex Corporation  - 30244 - Plaintiffs appeal from the circuit court's order granting defendant's motion to dismiss. - Rescheduled.

3.  Gary Lambert v. Hercil Gartin, Cabell County Sheriff, et al.  - 30106 - Plaintiff appeals from the circuit court dismissal of his action for unpaid salary and wages for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.

5.  Black’s Auto Repair & Towing, Inc., et al. v. Monongalia Co. Mag. Court, et al.  - 30126 -  Petitioner, as an individual defendant and on behalf of his company, Black's Auto Repair & Towing Inc., files pro se appeal of the circuit court's November 9, 2000 order denying his petition for a late appeal. - To be presented on briefs only without oral argument.

6.  Michael Butcher v. Joe E. Miller, Comm’r  - 30251- Petitioner appeals from the circuit court's order upholding the decision of the Division Of Motor Vehicles suspending petitioner's driver's license for a period of ten years based upon his refusal to take the designated secondary chemical test. 

7.  Matthew Edwards, Per. Rep., et al. v. Bestway Trucking, Inc., et al.  - 30122 - Plaintiff and alleged tortfeasor defendant below file separate appeals from an order finding that $3,000,000 in insurance coverage was not available in a suit involving an automobile accident.
