Brandon B. - 32052 -The WV Department of Health and Human Resources appeals from the disposition in a juvenile proceeding where the juvenile was placed in the Department's custody for a placement which the court specified. The Department asserts that the circuit court failed to comply with the statutes setting forth a mandatory multidisciplinary treatment planning process.

WV Division of Corrections, et al. - 32287 - Petitioner employer appeals from the circuit court's order reversing the decision of the West Virginia Education and State Employees' Grievance Board and directing petitioner to restore all accrued sick leave, seniority, holiday pay, incremental pay, annual leave and related benefits to respondents. 5. Millard Francis, III v. Ernest Bryson, et al. - 32289 - Petitioner appeals from the circuit court's order in an action petitioner had filed for unpaid rent and possession of residential real property. 6. William E. Jones v. Steven L. Sanger, et al. - 32048 - Plaintiff appeals from the circuit court's order finding that he had not substantially prevailed and denying his motion to amend his complaint in this action arising out of an automobile accident. 7. Herbert J. Thomas Memorial Hospital v. Bd. of Review of the WV BEP, et al. - 32054 - Employer appeals from the circuit court's determination that the claimant in an unemployment compensation case did not commit an act of gross misconduct and was therefore entitled to benefits.

Steptoe, Jr., Judge - 32555 - Insurance company seeks a writ of prohibition to prevent enforcement of an order requiring disclosure of documents claimed to be protected by attorney client privilege and work product doctrine.
