1.  James W. Arnazzi v. Quad/Graphics, Inc., et al.  - 31860 - Plaintiff appeals from the circuit court's award of summary judgment in favor of defendants in this deliberate intent action brought pursuant to W.Va. Code §23-4-2(c)(2)(ii). - Continued to May 24.

2.  In Re: Grandparent Visitation of Cathy L. (Riley) Morrison v. Mark Brent Riley, et al. - 31864 - Petitioner parents appeal from the circuit court's order affirming the family court's order, which held that grandparent visitation would not substantially interfere with the parent-child relationship and would serve the best interests of the minor child.

3.  William R. Via v. Ralph Beckett, et al. - 32055 - Plaintiff appeals from an adverse summary judgment order in a suit asserting that his neighbor's building has encroached upon his property. 

4. Tom Collins v. Karen Heaster, Admx., et al. - 31971 - Emergency Services worker/Plaintiff in personal injury action below appeals circuit court order granting insurer’s motion to dismiss claims against Defendant Joe Doe based upon the argument that there was no legal authority supportive of Plaintiff’s claims against Joe Doe in a third-party liability context.

5.  Robert Julian Ware, et al. v. Almira Jane Howell, Exex. - 31973 - Plaintiffs, beneficiaries under decedent’s prior will, who won at jury trial when jury found that the later will was not valid due to improper execution, appeal circuit court’s order granting executrix/defendant’s motion for new trial based upon finding that there was a credibility issue with the witness supporting Plaintiffs’ theory of improper execution of will.

6.   Phillip S. Lilly v. F. Douglas Stump, Comm’r, WV DMV - 31945 - The Division of Motor Vehicles appeals from the circuit court's order which reversed an order suspending a driver's license for DUI and an implied consent violation.

7.  Solution One Mortgage, LLC v. Virgil T. Helton, Acting State Tax Comm’r - 32049 - Petitioner appeals from the circuit court's order affirming an administrative decision of the West Virginia Office of Tax Appeals on the basis that petitioner had failed to file an appeal bond in circuit court. Petitioner seeks a reversal asserting that no appeal bond was necessary.

8.  WV Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission v. William E. Adams, et al. - 32489 -   To be submitted on briefs only without oral argument.
