Defendant appeals circuit court order convicting him based upon jury verdict of Voluntary Manslaughter and two counts of Wanton Endangerment and sentencing him to 15 years for voluntary manslaughter to be served consecutively with 2 consecutive 5 year terms for wanton endangerment convictions for a total of 25 years in prison. He argues that the circuit court erred in refusing Defendant's motion to Dismiss one of the Wanton Endangerment counts, erred when it denied Defendant's Motion for Judgment of Acquittal, erred when it admitted so-called 404(b) evidence at trial, erred when it imposed consecutive sentences upon the Defendant and erred by committing plain errors in the case.
