1. State of West Virginia v. Jessica Jane Morris - No. 091318. Defendant appeals her conviction by a jury on several counts of sexual assault and sexual abuse of her young daughter. Defendant raises several errors at trial, including evidentiary errors and the competency of the child witness, all of which defendant claims denied her a fair trial.
