3.	State of W. Va. v. Clara  Mae Maillet - 032354 - Petitioner files a direct appeal from the circuit court's order denying her post-trial motion for a new trial. Petitioner was convicted of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, as well as other offenses. It is alleged that the Court abused its discretion and that this case should be remanded for further consideration. - Refuse 3-1,  Albright, Starcher not participating.
