1. In Re: James L.P. - 25343 - Juvenile seeks to have his transfer from juvenile to adult criminal jurisdiction set aside.
2. In Re: Dale Preston F., Jr., et al. - 25344 - The petitioner, a juvenile, was charged in Marion County with second degree sexual assault and was found guilty of delinquency thereon by a jury. His appeal is based upon Rule 404(b) and the "overzealous nature of the prosecution." Remanded
3. State of West Virginia v. Franklin Junior Kennedy - 25367 - Defendant appeals first degree murder conviction with recommendation of mercy. Life sentence with eligibility for parole in 15 years.
4. State of West Virginia v. Brenda S. Cook - 25408 - The petitioner, Brenda S. Cook, appeals her jury conviction of murder of the second degree. The petitioner contends she was protecting her husband from a neighbor with regard to a right-of-way dispute.
