3. Larry W. Midkiff v. Huntington National Bank West Virginia - 25067 - Petitioner appeals the circuit court's denial of attorney's fees after a jury awarded him compensatory and punitive damages in a suit claiming breach of fiduciary duty, gross negligence and breach of contract.

4. Kevin C. Harris v. R. A. Martin, Inc. - 24998 - Plaintiff appeals award of summary judgment to the defendant in a personal injury action.

5. Donna Llyn Drake v. West Virginia Self-Storage, Inc. - 25064 - Plaintiff appeals entry of summary judgment.

6. State of West Virginia v. Rufus Garrett, Jr. - 24997 - Defendant appeals conviction of one count of delivering a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 1 to 15 years.

7. Mary Hensley, et al. v. WV Department of Health & Human Resources, et al. - 25020 - Department of Health & Human Resources appeals lower court order awarding 10% compound prejudgment interest in back wage claims in misclassification case.

9. Carleen Yost and Billie J. Haun v. James C. Haun - 24749 - Plaintiffs appeal a grant of summary judgment finding that a pledge agreement was invalid
