The fist six opinions of the January 2005 term were released this afternoon. The only signed opinion filed was Mt. State Bit Service v. WV Department of Tax and Revenue, involving exemption from the use tax imposed by WV Code 11-15-9(g) based upon involvement in the production of natural resources.
