The Court's first day on the bench for the September term of court was a lengthy one, with nine cases on the Motion Docket and eleven cases on the Argument Docket that were actually argued yesterday. (The last case on the argument docket, Corlenius v. Cornelius, was settled yesterday and dismissed.) The Court concluded oral arguments at 8:50 pm. Results for cases on the Motion Docket will be posted later today. The next oral argument days are September 23 and 24.
