CRIMINAL :: Allocution, treatment as young adult offender

STATE v. BREWSTER, No. 30598 (Per Curiam)(March 18, 2003). Rejecting arguments that appellant was denied the right of allocution at his sentencing, and that the circuit court abused its discretion by not sentencing him as an adult offender.
