Although there are no new opinions filed today, I am working on a new version of the topical index, starting with the September 2002 Term. This is a more streamlined method for posting collections of opinion summaries, which I hope you find helpful. Other than being easier to navigate, another improvement is the addition of links to all separate opinions, right from the summary. I'll be adding new summaries in the next few days until the entire term is complete.
