Charleston, W. Va. -- State Tax Commissioner Virgil Helton announced today that registered taxpayers can now file their state employer's withholding tax via the Internet. Use of this application is safe and secure and there is no an annual fee for this service.

Instructions for registering and filing are available at http://www.state.wv.us/taxdiv under electronic filing for businesses. This service eliminates the filing of paper returns and taxes due can be debited from employer's accounts within 2-4 business days.
