HOW TO PLAY

Go to your favorite retailer and fill out a playslip.

 

Each playslip has 5 panels labeled A through E.

You may play up to 5 Hot
Lotto plays on each playslip.

Begin with Panel A. In the top section, mark 5 boxes from 1 to 39.

In the bottom section, mark one box from 1 to 19 representing your HOT BALL number or let the computer pick your numbers by marking the (EP) box.
(Do not use red ink.)

  

Each Hot Lotto play is $1.00. Tickets must be purchased by 8:59 p.m., EST,
every Wednesday and Saturday. The drawings will not be televised. Winning
numbers will be available at lottery retailers, in newspapers and on the
Lottery's winning numbers hot line: 
1-800-WVA-CASH and on our web site at www.wvlottery.com.

You may play your number selections for more than one
drawing. Mark the appropriate Multi-Draw box
for 2, 4, 8, 10, 12 or 24 consecutive drawings.

Hot Lotto plays may not be cancelled.

decide if they wish to receive annuity payments (equal payments over 25
years) or cash payment (a lump sum amount approximately one half of the
advertised jackpot, depending on interest rates).

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE

Ticket is a bearer instrument until signed. If your prize is $600 or less,
take your winning ticket to any lottery retailer with an on-line terminal
for validation and payment. If your prize is over $600, you may redeem your
prize by mail at:

Include the signed ticket and a photocopy of your drivers
license or claim form (current address,
date of birth, social security number and
phone number). All prizes must be claimed
