The Travel Management Office of the West Virginia Purchasing Division develops, administers, and revises travel regulations for most executive branch agencies of state government.

The Travel Management Office may be contacted by emailing Purchasing.Travel@wv.gov. 

The State Travel Policy governs state employees who are conducting in-state, out-of-state, and international business travel with the State of West Virginia.  This policy addresses such areas as transportation, lodging, meals, registration fees, other expenses, and forms of payment.
