The West Virginia State Agency for Surplus Property is a unit under the Purchasing Division. In operating the State and Federal Surplus Property Programs, our state agency has assisted thousands of eligible organizations by offering good, usable property at a substantially-reduced price. Our philosophy is "why pay more for new when the surplus property will serve the same purpose for a lot less?" Our main page has many links which current and potential customers may find helpful.
