West Virginia Purchasing Division Spring Virtual Conference

Registration is now open for Purchasing Divison's Virtual Conference.  The conference is scheduled for April 21-22, 2026 from 9 am to 3:30 pm.  For more information on the virtual conference, please check here. West Virginia Purchasing Division Open House

Registration is now open for the Purchasing Division Open House on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will take place at the Purchasing Division's (Building 15) offices at 2019 Washington St., East, in Charleston.

Open House is the perfect opportunity to meet with Purchasing Division staff, as well as your agency peers, in an informal setting to discuss procurement-related issues, best practices, future procurements, or simply to grab a bite to eat and put names with faces.

This year, there will be two 30-minute Question and Answer sessions offered: one at 11:15 a.m. and one at 12 p.m. If you wish to participate in a session, please make that selection in the registration form as space is limited.

Lunch will be available for the duration of the event and attendees will receive one hour of training credit toward the State Procurement Certification Program as well as toward the 10-hour training requirement for designees. Attendees will also have the chance to win free registration to the 2026 Agency Purchasing Conference.
