West Virginia Purchasing Division to Host Vendor & Local Governments Outreach Events in September

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is hosting two outreach events this month to support vendors interested in doing business with the state, as well as political subdivisions looking to stretch their budgets through state purchasing resources.
