Purchasing Bulletin

The West Virginia Purchasing Bulletin is designed to encourage vendors to do business with the State. This bulletin contains information on purchasing requirements in excess of $25,000 and is published on a weekly basis. A new issue of the West Virginia Purchasing Bulletin will be posted on the Purchasing Division's website http://www.state.wv.us/admin/purchase weekly. The bulletin is system secured on the Internet; therefore, you will need your vendor number and check number paying the current annual fee to access the West Virginia Purchasing Bulletin. To subscribe to this publication and participate in the competitive bid process, a completed Vendor Registration & Disclosure Statement (Form WV-1) and an annual fee of $125.00 is required. The WV-1 is available on our website.

Please provide the following information for each requested bid package: RFQ number, State Buyer's name, complete business name and mailing address, Federal Employers Identification Number (FEIN) and/or Social Security Number, and name & telephone number of a contact person we may call for clarification. All bids must be received by the Purchasing Division PRIOR TO the date and time of the bid opening. Public bid openings will be held in the Bid Room of the Purchasing Division located at 2019 Washington Street, E., Charleston, WV 25305-0130. It is the vendor's responsibility to make sure their bids are properly identified with the RFQ number, bid opening date and time on the outside of the envelope.
