In the manual, (which stays in the vehicle), Preventative Maintenance Coupons can be found and should be utilized exclusively for preventive maintenance at the mileage intervals and service requirements pre-printed on each coupon. These coupons will serve as purchase orders for the routine maintenance listed on each coupon. “Non-Routine Maintenance & Repairs” are conducted by calling the toll-free number 1.800.CAR.CARE for any repairs not covered on the coupons. A trained mechanic will review the vehicle maintenance & repair history. The above mentioned toll-free number is available 24 hours a day. “The ARI Service Card” is used to purchase miscellaneous items such as windshield wiper blades, fluids, etc.) for maintenance and repairs. There is a $50 limit on the card. Vendors that accept this card can be found by clicking here.

This card is used in the same manner as any credit card. The card may be used as a point-of-sale card at the pump or at the counter for any fuel purchase. As the card is presented, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required, which are distributed by Agency Fleet Coordinators. Additionally, the current mileage from the vehicle’s odometer is required and must be accurately reported. A PURCHASE CANNOT BE MADE WITHOUT THE PIN.
