Billing Process

• Driver makes a purchase for the vehicle
• ARI (Automotive Resources, Inc.) pays vendor
• ARI sends invoice to agency each vehicle charge

If a problem is found with the billing, the Agency Fleet Coordinator must be the person to call the Accounting Office at (304) 558-4083 to obtain a debit/credit request form.  Please list as much detail as possible concerning the problem in order for the FMO to handle the request as quickly as possible.
