Local Government Purchasing Training

This area of our website was created specifically for local government entities to provide them with training tools for their personnel.  It is intended to be a repository of links, resources, reference materials, how-to guides, and educational materials relating to state purchasing process and various programs administered under the Purchasing Division.  All materials presented are free and self-paced.
