Opportunities for Eligible Organizations

There are many opportunities for which the Purchasing Division may assist local government entities. The usage of our existing statewide contracts is one of the benefits offered. For more information or for a listing of our statewide contracts, please visit our statewide contract index.

Additionally, local government entities may participate in the State and Federal Surplus Property Programs.  The completion of an Application for Eligibility form is required.  To learn more about the West Virginia Surplus Property Program, please visit WVSurplus.gov.
