The purpose of the session is to provide an opportunity for employees and supervisors in locations outside of Charleston to have personal access to the Division of Personnel's Employee Relations Specialists. Our agenda is very flexible, as it is our intent that these meetings be "employee-driven" and responsive to employee concerns.
Please note, these sessions are most appropriate for addressing general questions about personnel policies, employee rights, and recommended procedures for dealing with employee relations issues. These sessions are not intended as a forum for addressing specific employee working conditions, work environment concerns or individual problems.
We would like to see supervisors and employees take advantage of this opportunity, and we would appreciate your assistance in disseminating this information to supervisors and employees throughout your agency. Please encourage all interested employees to attend.
