Stateline is a quarterly publication distributed to all State employees.
The Annual Report (FY2012) details the accomplishments of the West Virginia Division of Personnel for the year and identifies goals for the upcoming year.
The Leave Donation Program is coordinated by the Division of Personnel. It allows employees to voluntarily donate accrued annual leave to designated employees who are suffering medical emergencies personally or in their immediate families.

WV Division of Personnel Policies and Interpretive Bulletins. These are policies and interpretive bulletins developed and published by the Division of Personnel that establish and/or clarifiy State employee issues, rights, provisions, procedures, etc. *
West Virginia Division of Personnel Administrative Rule. The Administrative Rule is approved by the Legislature and governs the classification plans, pay plans, open competitive examinations, promotions, layoff and recall, appointments, dismissals, demotions and other human resource matters consistent with the West Virginia Code. *
