Division of Personnel Administrative Rule - Effective July 1, 2007
This rule implements the statutory provisions for classification plans, pay plans, open competitive examinations, promotions, layoff and recall, appointments, dismissals, demotions and other human resource matters consistent with the W.Va. Interdepartmental Transfer of Permanent State Employees (143CSR7, Effective May 7, 2007)   (Updated)
This rule was an emergency rule which was approved as a legislative rule during the 2007 regular session of the Legislature.

WC Temporary Total Disability Rule (143CSR3, Effective May 7, 2007)   (Updated)
This rule implements the provisions of Workers' Compensation law applicable specifically to public employees and for which the Division of Personnel has been authorized to promulgate a rule. The rule was amended to reflect the Supreme Court's decision regarding accrual of annual leave and service credit for annual leave while receiving temporary total disability benefits.

Leave Donation Program Rule - 143CSR2, effective July 1, 1996. This rule implements the statutory provisions of the Leave Donation Program which allows State employees to voluntarily donate annual leave to a designated State employee who has exhausted all available paid leave due to a medical emergency involving the employee or a member of his or her immediate family.
