PUBLIC EMPLOYEES GRIEVANCE BOARD
The Grievance Board uses a database called Boardlaw that contains summaries of all Decisions rendered by its Administrative Law Judges (ALJs). The database contains additional information, such as whether a particular Decision was appealed and the results of that appeal. It is a valuable research tool used by the ALJs.
Boardlaw is updated on a monthly basis and can be searched through a form where certain criteria can be entered to narrow the search. If you are not familiar with this type of search, we strongly recommend reading and printing out the instructions.
CHANGE: Summaries for Default Orders are included in the Summaries for Decisions. To search through Default Orders only, use the word, without quotes, "DEF" in the Docket Number field.
NEW: The html version of the decisions have been cleaned up, which should make reading, copying, and pasting easier. You may find some links that are broken, if you do, please let us know by sending a detailed e-mail to wvgb@wv.org.
