Janet Bosley, MLIS

Janet Bosley came to the WV Supreme Court of Appeals Law Library in 2002. She is responsible for Library Technical Services, including planning and implementing new technologies. Janet catalogs and classifies new library acquisitions, upgrades the library automation software, and maintains the Library’s online public catalog. She is also responsible for the Library’s website, the Legal Research Centers of West Virginia (LRCs) website, and the Court’s Intranet. She maintains the Westlaw password lists for court personnel.

Janet previously worked as Serials Librarian at West Virginia State College (now West Virginia State University) and as a Library Technical Assistant at Glenville State College.

Janet is a member of the West Virginia Library Association (WVLA) and the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL). She is also a member of the Technical Services Special Interest Section of AALL.
