Sandy is the Library’s Payment Manager & Office Coordinator.  She answers the telephone and provides ready reference service both over the phone and in person.  She manages photocopy requests for judges, prosecutors, attorneys and local law firms.  Sandy is also responsible for tracking library expenditures and entering invoices into the Court’s computerized accounting system.  She processes new material, checks-in serials in the Library’s online catalog, bar codes books, updates pocket parts and shelves new acquisitions. 

Sandy has been with the WV Supreme Court of Appeals Law Library since 1979.  Prior to employment with the Court, she worked in the libraries at Fairmont State College and West Virginia Industrial School for Boys.  She also worked at the Morgantown, WV public library.
