Wayne County Circuit Judge Darrell Pratt was appointed circuit judge in 1997 and was subsequently elected in 2000. Before becoming a circuit judge, he was a Wayne County school teacher from 1975-78 and he was a private local attorney from 1981-84. He served as Wayne County's Prosecuting Attorney from 1984-96. Judge Pratt holds a law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law and a bachelor of arts degree from Marshall University. |
