Josh Duncan

Josh Duncan is the Regional Law Librarian for Boone, Cabell, Logan, Mingo, Putnam and Wayne counties. Each county courthouse houses a small library collection of West Virginia law, while a regional library, located in the Cabell County Courthouse in Huntington, houses a more extensive collection of legal research resources.

The regional law libraries are located in: Wheeling (1st Circuit) , Parkersburg (4th Circuit), Huntington (6th Circuit), Beckley (10th Circuit), Clarksburg (15th Circuit) and Martinsburg (23rd Circuit).
